ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% NATURAL?

Yes! We only use 100% natural, plant based ingredients.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

They sure are! Our balms are made without beeswax and our serums are completely plant based with no animal by products. Our products are 100% vegan, cruelty free and we only test on humans!

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE PRESERVATIVES?

No. Our products are 100% preservative free. Our products are also free of essential oils, coconut derivatives, added fragrances, dyes, parabens, phthalates, sulfates, soaps and silicones.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST?

Our products are hand made in small batches for optimal freshness and efficacy. In most cases, our products have a shelf life of 12 months, with the exception of our Moisturizing Cleansing Oil which has a shelf life of 3 months due to the delicate nature of pumpkin seed oil. We recommend that you keep your balms, serums and oils in a cool, dry environment for maximum freshness.

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT LOOKS OR SMELL DIFFERENT THAN THE LAST TIME I ORDERED IT?

Our products are handcrafted in small batches for continuity and freshness. We only use high quality natural ingredients from mother nature. As a result, ingredients can look and smell slightly different dependent upon the season or environmental conditions in which the ingredient was harvested. This does not affect the efficacy of the product.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS REALLY MADE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Yes! We have taken great care in selecting plant based ingredients that are meant to calm and soothe sensitive skin. We do not use any harsh botanicals, fillers, fragrances, or chemicals in our formulations.

I HAVE SKIN ALLERGIES, CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?

We know that every person's sensitive skin is different. That is why we highly encourage you to fully patch test any new product you put on your skin. For tips on patch testing, check out our blog for more details.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur. Please consult a dermatologist or other healthcare professional if you have specific questions or concerns about your skin allergies.
